Why us

A Mini is small, but demanding

The engine bay is tight and components sit close together, so removal and refitting must follow the right order.

MINI is a small car with a sensitive turbo engine. Most common: oil leaks, carbon build-up, water pump and thermostat faults, plus clutch wear on manuals.

We treat it with the same BMW method: full scan, report, then repair with matching parts and coding afterwards.

MINI service in Riyadh follows the BMW method: dedicated diagnostics, factory-spec parts and attention to each generation's known weak points.

We work on Cooper, Cooper S, Countryman and JCW across engine, gearbox, electrics, suspension and scheduled service.

Work we carry out on MINI

  • Oil leak repair
  • Intake valve carbon cleaning
  • Water pump and thermostat replacement
  • Clutch and gearbox service
  • Periodic service and oil changes
  • Diagnostics and coding
Services

Common Mini work

Leaks, timing chain, clutch and gearbox — the most requested jobs on this marque.

01

MINI turbo engines

Valve-cover and filter-housing leaks plus intake deposits are the most frequent complaints. We fix the source and clean valves when needed.

02

Gearbox and clutch

We service the automatic and replace clutches on manuals with genuine parts, checking mounts that cause vibration.

03

Electrics and battery faults

MINI's small size doesn't mean simple electrics — it shares BMW's network. We trace with factory diagrams.

04

Suspension and brakes

MINI's short suspension stresses joints and mounts quickly on Riyadh speed bumps. We inspect, replace and align.

Line-up

MINI models we service

We take different trims and generations, accounting for their engine, system and procedure differences.

Equipment

How we diagnose MINI

Marque-specific platforms and workshop equipment work together to isolate the cause.

ISTA / E-SYS

MINI diagnosis and coding

  • B38, B48 and turbo engines
  • Oil and coolant leaks
  • Suspension and steering
01

Marque-level diagnostic tools

Every European marque has its own diagnostic platform that reaches all modules, not just the engine ECU. We read stored and live faults with their conditions, compare them against factory values for that exact model, and keep a copy of the report before and after the work so you always have a clear reference.

02

Lifts and wheel alignment equipment

Checking suspension means lifting the car and loading each joint individually, not shaking a wheel. After any suspension or steering work we align on measuring equipment and hand over the before-and-after readings, because one angle out of range is enough to eat a tyre and change high-speed stability.

03

Temperature-controlled gearbox filling

A modern gearbox does not accept estimated filling. The correct level is set at a specific fluid temperature with a calculated quantity; too much or too little later shows as overheating, low pressure or a shift jolt. We change the filter and gasket, clean the magnets in the same operation, then reset adaptations and road-test the car.

04

Refrigerant recovery, weighing and leak testing

We first recover and weigh the existing charge to learn how much the car actually lost, since a shortfall always means a leak. We trace it at joints, condenser, compressor seal and evaporator; after the repair we vacuum out moisture and charge the exact weight and oil specification. These steps are the difference between cooling that survives a Riyadh summer and a refill that fades in weeks.

05

Measured body and structural repair

A European body is engineered to absorb impact energy in a calculated way, so every accident repair starts by measuring the body points against factory data before any pulling. Partial respray uses a colour match verified with a test card inside a spray booth, and once finished we set the alignment and recalibrate cameras and radar if they were affected.

06

Organised parts store and trusted sources

We stock fast-moving parts for the marques we serve so your car does not wait days for a filter or a gasket. Parts are either genuine or from the original equipment manufacturers themselves, with the type stated in the report before work starts; anything not available locally is ordered with a stated lead time before you decide.

Technicians

Who works on your MINI?

A clear account of who receives the car and how technical decisions are made.

01

A technician familiar with MINI

Your MINI goes to a technician familiar with its systems and recurring faults, not simply whoever is free.

02

Work on MINI starts from the VIN

The VIN identifies the MINI generation and the correct fluid, part and coding specifications before work starts.

03

A photo report for MINI before work

You see fault photos and diagnostic readings before approval; nothing outside the agreed MINI work is carried out.

04

Genuine or spec-matched MINI parts

Every part type is stated before it is fitted to your MINI, with a choice between genuine and approved spec-matched parts.

05

Post-repair MINI handover check

After repair we rescan your MINI with the appropriate equipment and road-test it before handover.

06

Documented MINI follow-up

The handover record documents completed MINI work and follow-up items, keeping its history clear for later review.

FAQ

MINI owners ask us

Short answers to common reception questions. If yours is not listed, send it to us on WhatsApp.

Is MINI service cheaper than BMW?

Usually yes on parts, but the work needs the same precision since engines and systems are shared.

Does servicing your MINI with us affect the dealer warranty?

Independent servicing does not void the manufacturer warranty when matching-spec parts and manufacturer procedures are used. We retain the job record, invoices and part numbers for every visit.

How long will the car stay with us?

Scheduled service and inspection are usually completed the same day. Medium repairs commonly take one to two days; engine or gearbox overhaul timing is confirmed after dismantling and measurement.

Do you use genuine parts?

We offer either dealer parts or matching-spec parts from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), explain the difference and leave the choice to you before fitting.

There is no warning light; is an inspection still useful?

Yes. Many faults begin as out-of-range readings in control modules before a warning light appears. Periodic inspection can catch them earlier and at lower cost.

Do I need an appointment?

An appointment saves time and ensures a technician and lift are ready. You can book through WhatsApp in a minute, and urgent cases are also received during working hours.

What is different about servicing a MINI in Riyadh?

Heat and dust increase the load on oil, the air filter, cooling and A/C systems, so service intervals and checks are adapted to Riyadh conditions.
