The service starts by listening to the owner and checking the car both physically and electronically. Once the cause is identified, the proposed work is explained before it begins, and the car is checked again afterwards to confirm the fault is resolved.

Intake and notes
We listen to what the owner notices — a noise, vibration, weak performance or a warning light — and record when it appears, since that shortens the diagnostic path.

Inspection and diagnosis
An electronic scan of faults and live sensor data, alongside hands-on checks and measurements. A fault code guides the check; it does not name the part on its own.

Explaining the proposed work
We explain the cause, the proposed work, what can wait and what needs attention now, with a cost estimate before anything begins.

Work after approval
Nothing starts before you approve. The procedure differs by model and system, and follows what the measurements and the condition of the parts require.

Questions our clients ask most
Is an inspection needed before pricing?+
In most cases yes. Some faults are clear from the description, but electrical and performance issues need testing on the car — estimating without it risks replacing a healthy part. After the check we explain the proposed work and its cost before starting.
Is a fault code enough to name the faulty part?+
A code points to the circuit or system that logged the reading; it does not prove the named part has failed. A wiring harness, a connector or another system can cause it, so the reading is followed by hands-on checks and measurements.
When does an engine or gearbox need an overhaul?+
That decision follows measurement, not precedes it. Abnormal oil consumption, internal noise, low pressure or delayed shifts can be indicators, but some are solved by repairing a specific part without a full strip-down. We explain both options first.
Does periodic maintenance differ between cars?+
Yes. Requirements differ by model, engine, system and the manufacturer's recommendations, plus how the car is used in Riyadh's climate. We review your car and its history rather than applying one fixed schedule.
Do I need an appointment?+
A quick check can be taken during working hours, but larger jobs such as an engine or gearbox overhaul are better booked ahead so a technician and a lift are reserved.
