Who we are
Best Engine Center is a Riyadh workshop dedicated to German and European cars only. These cars cannot be fixed by trial and error: every system talks to a control unit, and any repair done without reading the data properly comes back as a fault weeks later.
Our work starts with inspection and ends with a written handover. We scan the car with the tool made for its marque, verify the reading physically, then send you a report with the fault, its cause, the parts needed and the cost. Nothing is opened or ordered before you approve.
We treat every car as someone's personal property that should stay original. We fit genuine or OEM-equivalent parts, use factory-approved fluids for each model, and document each step with photos so you know exactly what you paid for.

Price known before we start
You get an itemised cost: parts and labour. If extra work appears mid-job we stop and come back to you — nothing is added without your knowledge.

Factory-spec parts
Genuine parts or OEM equivalents from the same supplier. We show you the option and its price, you decide, and we show you the old part after replacement.

Photo documentation
Photos before, during and after the job, sent on WhatsApp with a short explanation for each one.

Specialists, not generalists
Separate mechanical, electrical/coding and transmission departments. Each technician works on the systems he has mastered.

Warranty on the work we do
Every job we carry out carries a service warranty recorded on your invoice. If the same fault returns we re-inspect at no diagnostic cost.

About the centre
Independent servicing does not void the factory warranty as long as spec-correct parts and fluids are used and the work is documented on an invoice. We do both and give you a written record of every visit.
A base scan takes 30–60 minutes; intermittent faults may need a road test. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied to the invoice.
Where available we show two options: the agency part, or an OEM part from the same original manufacturer. We explain the difference in life and price; you decide.
Yes. We send photo updates on WhatsApp at each major stage, and you are welcome to see the work during working hours.
Yes — a full inspection covering module scan, chassis and accident history, engine and gearbox performance, with a written report to help you negotiate or walk away.
